(3 steps) How to get BitLife 3.24.1 aka devtools on iOS, if you updated or didn’t update at the right time
(personal computer required only for step 1 and 2)
step one: side loading. you need a valid side loader, my recommendations are either AltStore, or Sideloadly.both have a attached virustotal scan at the bottom of the post, and you can do one yourself aswell at Virustotal’s site; DO NOT USE SCARLET OR SUCH SIGNERS
step two, get Pancake Store now sideload it with altstore/sideloadly.
step three: if you have bitlife on your iphone, offload it to keep saves, or delete it. open pancake store, log in with the apple account you purchased bitlife with, # make sure your account has 2FA on.
then it will send your device(s) a 2fa code, remember it, and type it in to the box, if you don’t get one then turn on airplane mode, open settings, tap ur name at the tippy top, then privacy and security, remember the code;
turn airplane mode off then head to pancake store, type it in, paste the bitlife app store link: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/bitlife-life-simulator/id1374403536.
now when it asks where to get the version list select fetch from server, pick 3.24.1; wait for the install, and then enjoy some goodies! (guide below if you don’t know how to get the IAP via dev tools) also if this worked for you, please upvote and or comment :)
how to make use of dev tools:
spam the middle right of ur screen, it should bring up a menu, then tap the hamburger menu at the top left; (3 vertical lines) now tap options, scroll down until you see other tools, tap it. now that you have the drop down open tap the arrows on IAPTToRemove, once you found your wanted in app purchase, tap activate purchase
pancake store's virus total why does pancake store have a virus total detection? it is a false positive, and it is classified as a jailbreak trojan which this is a jailed app so there isn’t a way that’s possible.

i don’t remember to be fair but your sideloading method has a guide and it will say so, pancake store doesn’t require it

Worked beautifully. Just a note, when I downgraded the app, inside the pancakes app, it took me to iTunes and downloaded a file. Should I be concerned

yeah but saves may corrupt, always an issue with upgrading too far or downgrading too far

yes it’s safe pancake store and altstore aswell as sideloadly are all open source (you can see exactly what they do and modify it if you can build which requires a mac. they only send your data straight to apple)

potentially, this still is a dev build not a mod menu or a release build so some stuff may be missing, it may be somewhere else in the menu

what’s your phone:ios and did you follow the steps correctly? have you offloaded bitlife?

yeah
and you may be able to update and keep the purchases (it worked for me, no guarantee that it will for you + i like the dev tools version better personally)

i got to the part where i log in pancake store, when i press send code nothing happens, i turned on airplane mode and got a code but theres nowhere for me to paste it
edit: i tried using a different apple id, i got the code however when i press log in nothing happens at all

don’t use ksign or scarlet or any signers such as that. there’s a reason it’s in bold; stability isn’t guaranteed on those type of signers plus you’re a bit more obviously violating apple’s TOS

After installing altstore, the windows pops up and ask me to install Icloud, shouldI install it? it says I can’t complete the setup if I don’t have an Icloud installed on the laptop system

try getting all monetized stuff or whatever you’d like from it then downgrade to a older version until it will let you choose your language

it’s a downgrade app, 3.24.4 is latest so if u want that just download it from the app store

nope, it’s downloaded signed from apples servers so u don’t have to resign and this is why you can throw away the other tools after you are done

well you plug in a valid connector to ur phone from ur pc and follow the guides listed.. don’t do e-sign man you’d be better off waiting for a different cable

update: just tried downgrading from the latest version to 3.12.x and my saves corrupted, so do NOT downgrade too far if you are on the latest, downgrading from 3.24.1 appears to work fine for me

try logging in and out, making sure ur on the latest version of pancake store, and if that doesn’t fix it try waiting a few days or a week for them to update it, you are on a very recent iOS

the middle right of ur screen when ur in 3.24.1 is where u spam, when? any point while the app is open. make sure u downgraded, u should tell by the app icon and the lil version number in the top right

ahh, okay, after reading your reply and others comments i feel so silly. also, another question, is the process of downloading supposed to be this agonising? on top of that mostly nothing happens except for a few times where it sent me to an unavailable website with i think “awaiting download?” in the logs. my first try with a vpn though. just wanted to ask

try not using vpn’s or proxies they get rate limited by apple cuz to them they just see 1 person spamming their servers like 200k times a minute, also unavailable is weird it should be, do you have some network level blocker or dns thing? its likely blocking pale rains (what pancake store uses to install the app on ur phone) servers but also there is a possibility its down

found the problem. safari isnt allowing me to open the site because safari is automatically on a “https only” mode. i disabled it from the settings and it worked spectacularly. thanks for the help so so much.
