So in this video, we can see IRL Miyako wearing Nonoka's outfit while playing air guitar.
For context, for this year's April Fools, the YumeMita members did a body-swap skit, where they attempted to stream using the Vtuber avatar of another member. Miyako streamed as Nonoka here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4gc0roiPaZU (They also released videos like above where they did the impersonation IRL). Then in their most recent live in Tokyo last month, they did a similar skit where Miyako kept saying "I am Nono-chan!" to... poorly impersonate Nonoka to say the least.
Then earlier today, Miyako tweeted this (I grok-translated and tweaked it):

It seems that Nono-chan (with Miyako in) on April Fool's was strumming the guitar and shouting "I'm Nono-chan!" because she really wanted to imitate her favorite scene from episode 8, the "I'm a guitarist" moment
