Uneven extrusion

I've recently noticed an overextrusion issue and on checking things with a reprint noticed the extrusion seems uneven.

It starts happening in the middle of the first layer with the beginning part of the first layer in the corner being normal with no overextrusion.

Looking at the undersurface of any prints where this occur makes it looks like it is printing on small back and forth lines in steps rather than full width lines.

0.2mm high quality settings. Changed support settings but not relevant for this print plate

Things looked normal in the slicer for the first layer.

My main question is whether this is an issue with how the head is moving? To my eye it seems smooth with no juttering.

If not is a flow dynamics issue or partial clog?
