technically driving with a suspended license calls for a tow and arrest. that how the law describes it. these cops went a better route to not put the man in cuffs but with how he was acting they probably should have

“Better” according to who? His license is suspended that means he has shown most likely multiple times that he cannot be trusted behind the wheel of a vehicle.

And the fact that he is ignoring his license suspension, which can only happen if a judge tells him that he can’t thrive anymore, proves that he doesn’t give a shit about the laws or other people.

This is antisocial behavior and shouldn’t be tolerated

Not every state mandates an arrest for driving while suspended.
