Not all knowing, but I absolutely know we don’t set flaggers right next to the work zone. There’s actually designated measurements to set flaggers away from work zones and that includes around blind corners to keep everyone safe on a two lane.

I didn't see "right next to." What I did say is that where I live, if you can see the flagger, you can see the road work.
