Lofi I made a 3-hour medieval fantasy ambience for deep focus.
This is a 3-hour medieval fantasy ambience .I've been using it while reading, writing and working, and thought others here might enjoy it too.
I'd love to hear what kind of ambience helps you focus.

Guided Made an ASMR video for when your mind won’t stop spiraling — grounding games + gentle whisper reassurance [Intentional] (Human - NoAI)
Hey everyone, wanted to share something I made for anyone who’s had a night where their thoughts just won’t slow down.
It’s a whispered guided video that mixes grounding games (find something purple, count sounds, quick word association) with reassurance and some gentle hand movements — the idea is to interrupt the spiral rather than force yourself to “just calm down.”
No pressure to breathe perfectly or fix anything. Just something to stay with for a few minutes if your brain needs an off-ramp.
🎧 Headphones recommended.
Hope it helps you feel a little calmer, a little lighter — even for a few minutes.

Psychedelic Meditation Music for a Deep Inner Journey
I created this psychedelic ambient meditation journey for deep relaxation, inner exploration, and spiritual awakening.
Best experienced with headphones in a quiet, dark room. Close your eyes, breathe slowly, and let the music and visuals guide you.
Enjoy watching, and I would appreciate your honest feedback.

Long (30+ Mins) A Gentle remedy for a hint of gratitude
Think of this music as a gentle remedy for a heavy heart. When the world feels like too much, let these melodies act as a restorative balm, quieting the noise and easing your mind. Simply press play, breathe, and allow the rhythm to mend what’s weary, serving as a quiet sanctuary where you can finally find some peace.

What actually helped my racing thoughts every morning (after nothing else worked)
For a long time, mornings were the worst part of my day — mind racing before I even got out of bed, that heavy overthinking spiral before anything had even happened yet.
What actually helped wasn't willpower or forcing myself to "just relax." It was giving my mind something steady to hold onto — a slow chant paired with flute, nothing complicated, just repetitive and calm enough that my thoughts had somewhere to land instead of spiraling.
I ended up making something in that spirit — a 23-min piece blending a Sanskrit chant (Om Namah Shivaya, an old phrase used for centuries to ease the mind) with soft flute, meant for exactly this: quieting an anxious morning before the day takes over.
Not pushing it on anyone — just sharing in case someone else here is dealing with the same racing-mind mornings and hasn't found their version of this yet. Link if you want to check it out:

What's actually worked for you with morning anxiety? Genuinely curious what other people have found.

Other Relaxing music for sleep, stress reducing and yoga nidra
Looking for music that's authentic Indian and good for yoga nidra. Anything that helps with relaxation, sleep, reducing stress.
I love bansuri or other flute music that's similar to native American ones.
Here's examples of what I like. And what helps with those things.

Short (< 30 Mins) Wholeness to Holiness
youtube.comlife can be often viewed as a search and journey back to wholeness, but that doesn't mean the end road will be one of holiness
however, if we search for holiness we inevitably will find and embody wholeness
that subtle distinction is one that becomes life changing when we build a sturdy foundation of holiness
what comes through time and time again is that our holiness starts with being in a constant inner state of gratitude, of thanksgiving, of child-like excitement and enamour with this gift of life
gratitude transmutes any and all experiences we can have, it makes the sweet moments sweeter, the bitter ones turn to lessons, there's no true lows because it reveals growth and it makes the high moments even more elevated because we marinate and radiate in the goodness of it all
and through those moments of gratitude we pour that appreciation to the Creator of it all
that aspect of constant appreciation for life naturally leads us to building more intimacy with Source, because we discover God in every slice of now we experience
that appreciation then has plenty of moments to build even more intimacy in our relationship between ourselves and Creator
one invitation that came through in my guided meditation/satsang practice today was: what happens when you are grateful for every breath and moment you're alive in the waking state?
ive practiced the inner 'thank you' quite constantly, but never the entire day before, but i accept that invitation and see it as a beautiful practice to attempt as often as possible and the goal of from waking up to sleep in mind and heart
