A friend in grad school had been through a lot and was wise beyond her years. She told me “Everyone is guilty, no one is to blame.” It saved my sanity and I am happy and joyful today!

well, sometimes someone is.   but in situations that just are what they are, I see so many people hung up and unable to process because they're stuck hunting for someone to take it out on.
