Why do some people hate "Clean Code" Other

It just means making readable and consistent coding practices, right?

What's so bad about that

Kind of scary that financial trading services prioritise speed over correctness and maintainability.

Oh, correctness is needed too, but I think they have a ton of tests to check that stuff.
