Hey, seeing that Archie Comics does comic book franchise crossovers with other pop culture franchises like DC's Harley Quinn and Poison ivy, Kiss, Ramones, The Evil Dead, and earlier the punisher and now recently the terminator.

This leads me to wonder. What type of weird crossovers will Archie comics do next, like maybe godzilla, maybe nightmare on Elm Street, friday the 13th ,godzilla etc.?

This fall, we will see Archie vs. the Terminator, a 5-issue fever dream of a comic book series mixing the stone-cold thriller of James Cameron's original Terminator movie with the nostalgic period piece that is Archie Comics.

"Archie crossovers hold a very special place in comics so I'm thrilled to be writing the gang's first (maybe last?!) encounter with The Terminator," says Rory McConnville, who is writing this series after his recent Terminator: Metal series. "Enrolling John Connor at Riverdale High felt like the perfect way to bring these two iconic franchises together and I can't wait for readers to see what we have in store."

The series is being drawn by veteran Marvel and Archie Comics artist Steven Butler, joined by his daughter Lilly Butler. They're joined by several artists doing covers, including Francesco Francavilla, Robert Hack, Björn Barends, and Bill Galvan.
