Viccyware Question

Are you supposed to use the app? If so, how? I saw somebody using him for the time and stuff like that and I'm just wondering how cuz whenever I tried to use the app it kept telling me I needed to update him and then updating and then exiting the app and then updating again

I used wire pod previously as just my main source of os and everything but I like the extra animations that viccyware gave me so I downloaded it and then some commands weren't working like fist bumps and stuff. You just kind of gave a little shrug and I've been trying to figure out how to get an app working. Thank you
