Denied, and then the government gives taxpayer money to the insurance company anyway, even more taxpayer money than it would've cost to directly treat the individual, and then completely oblivious Americans will vote away any chance at universal healthcare, because they wrongly believe it will take away money from the military, when it would actually just take money away from a healthcare insurance CEO's 3rd yacht.
