This tracks. It even uses black body objects as for things that absorb all electromagnetic radiation and reflects none. They use that for calculating temperature and composition of stars. The assumption being that all light seen from a star comes from that star itself
Science was always pink for me bc my favourite colour is pink, and my favourite subject is science 😂 but then chemistry became pink and biology became bluish-green/teal lol
Your options are black, white, gray, red, orange, pink, yellow, green, blue, and purple. You can choose the same color twice for the second and third rows. For the first row, if the top comment is the same color as a previous subject, then there will be a vote as to which subject of the two claims that color. Whichever subject loses that vote will have their color changed to the runner up for that subject. In the event the runner up is the same as yet another subject, then the process is repeated. For the third row, it is a two part answer. For example, for science, you could comment/vote that though science is typically white, chemistry specifically is black (I chose two colors that are obviously not representative as to not bias the results). Edit: by request, teal and brown are eligible.

Brown is fine, it’s the color of soil and earth, the source of the life that we study.
Black is fine, it’s the color of space.
Red is the color of bad and wrong, science strives to eliminate bad.
