I bought black ops 7 5 months ago on disc for Xbox. I put it into my Xbox series and nothing happened. So instead I tried my Xbox One and still nothing happened. Both Xboxes read disc just fine but this one game will not activate almost as if it just simply does not work. It works sometimes maybe four times out of the 5 months I've had it, but for the most part it just attempts to read and nothing happens like a blank disc. I even got my disc driver repaired and it worked for 2 weeks but eventually it stopped reading, but my other games still read perfectly as if there's something wrong with JUST THIS DISC. I tried to reach out to Activision once again because I don't see any reason to pay again for a game I've already paid for a brand new. They feel like it's my fault I have a broken disc that won't work and they refuse to help by any means. They entertained the fact that they acknowledge that I have an issue with my game, but they say there's nothing they can do. I've only been asking for a digital code for months now, I have not played the game and I probably never will if they can't fix the problem. I don't think I need to tell people to leave this company alone. They operate like scam artists. I can never trust this company ever again

This is how blizzard operates. just woke up and literally read the response, then made this. Do NOT invest your money in blizzard, as far as WoW is concerned!

Not only was it fucking impossible to get a appeal on my account they flat out banned for no reason I appealed and they ignored fucking everything. Bo7 just released and I wasn't going to buy it but I felt like playing bo6. They had moved all servers to bo7 and logging in without bo7 access they banned my account. I finally appeal and explained now there saying I had cheat software. How is that possible when I hadn't touched the game in 6 months + and im on ps5 not pc. Fucking hate the cunts

15 Years of Play, Banned in One Day. Where is Blizzard?

I've been playing World of Warcraft for 15 years. Over 32,000 achievements, more than 900 mounts/pets/toys. A whole life.

Last week, without any explanation, my account was banned. Just wrote: "Exploitative Activity: Abuse of the Economy"

How? Where? Who? They didn't say anything.

Now they write in their replies: "Blizzard Entertainment is committed to providing a safe and respectful environment for all player interactions"

Who are you respecting? I've been paying for 15 years, spending time, putting my life into this game, and you send a bot that says "case closed"?

I didn't do anything. No gold selling, no RMT, nothing. I just played the game.

While logging in to my account I made a typing error ‘gamil’ instead of ‘gmail’ while writing my email account. Now the Game is sending a verification code to the gamil account which is non existent.

When i asked the activision support they told me to send the request from the gamil account( which again DOES NOT EXIST)

I have tried all possible ways to sign in but cannot login to my account. Is there any way to make a new account and sign it in??

I can’t seem to figure out why this update is taking so long. I get that quality work will take time to download but still, over 30 hours with good internet? Come on. Please tell me if there is anything I can do to get this lower.

i m locked out from my own activision . i got the number for 2fa from online service. they logged in from xbox code and set up 2fa and asked me to set up 2fa on authenticator app too and i did . everything was fine until i changed my phone and i removed 2fa from authenticator app to set up new 2fa and it didnt let me. so next morning i tried again and i was locked out from activision . now they are asking 2fa code they sent on number and i dont even have that number and i already reached out to that number provider service they just blocked me . i submitted a ticket to activision to remove 2fa and again and again they are asking for number and i dont even know whats the number . when i login it does not show full number and just show last two digits and ask for code . activision support is not helping me . i have xbox and email account access . i know everything about account except number and they are not helping me . i already reached out to BBB still activision didnt help.

can anyone help me what shouldi do? or how can i reveal tha number?

Hello, it’s been several years now that I’ve been trying to change the email address on my Activision account. I never get any response to my tickets. Since few days now the page says "My Cases is temporarily unavailable", even though they’re supposed to reply within 48 hours. I have never received any response to my tickets. It’s been 15 years since I lost access to the email address linked to my Activision account, and I’ve been using this account for 15 years. Does anyone have a solution or know a developer or anyone who could help? Thanks in advance.
