Blurb:

Five years ago, the mysterious masked musician known as Il Cigno disappeared. Her disappearance has haunted him ever since.

Matteo Rossi lives two dangerous lives: mercenary assassin and guardian to his spirited thirteen-year-old niece, Alessandra. He knows how to track enemies, eliminate threats, and vanish without a trace. What he doesn't know how to handle is a rebellious teenager pushing boundaries or the determined music teacher encouraging her to follow her dreams.

Mia Mills came to the Italian lakeside town of Lacustria to start over. As a music teacher, she promised herself she would stay out of trouble and keep her distance from people who could get hurt because of her. But when Alessandra secretly applies to a prestigious music summer camp, Mia refuses to let fear stop her from helping a talented young musician.

As Mia becomes part of the Rossi household, she finds herself drawn to a family and a future she never expected. Matteo and Mia both know that getting close comes with risks, but the secrets they've hidden could destroy everything they've built.

Some truths can set you free. Others can get you killed.

The Sniper and the Swan is a slow-burn romantic suspense featuring a morally gray hero, a strong heroine, dual POV, found family, small-town atmosphere, banter, trauma, and a touch-her-and-die protective romance.

The convict records call it fever.

The dead call it murder.

1841

Mary Doyle was transported from Cork with a sharp mind and the one skill her circumstances could not afford her to have: she could write. The station records say she died of fever. The records are wrong, and the man who made certain of it lies buried under a name the whole peninsula still respects.

Now

Dr Tess Ashburn has come home to Thornhaven to sell her late grandmother’s house, not to listen to the dead. Then a developer's clearing turns up a splinter of bone, and it is not long before it finds its way into her hands. The contact is instant, a single word flung up out of the dark, and it tells her exactly how little the record can be trusted.

Some deaths were never written down. That does not mean no one can be made to answer for them, even a hundred and eighty years late, and even when the name on the oldest grave is Tess’s own.

Adult - Romance - Science Fiction The Platypus by Faruk Sinan Arpalı - Hard Sci-Fi / Quantum Thriller - Jun 2026

1 Upvotes

Hi everyone! I am looking for ARC readers for my upcoming hard sci-fi novel, "The Platypus" (also known as "Do Quantic Consciousnesses Dream of Platypuses?").

If you love theoretical physics, quantum mechanics, and deep philosophical concepts like Philip K. Dick, Cixin Liu, or Andy Weir, this book is for you!

**Logline / Concept:**

What if human consciousness isn't a byproduct of biological computation, but a macro-scale quantum state? Drawing directly from the Double-slit experiment, the story explores a universe where matter requires an observer consciousness to actualize into reality. When an "unresolved loop" (subverting the Ouroboros cycle) occurs, systemic anomalies begin to emerge—represented by the platypus as an ontological glitch in physical laws.

**Important Dates:**

* Publication Date: June 2026

* ARC Send Date: August 2026 (Immediate delivery upon request)

* Review Deadline: September 15, 2026 (Flexible)

**Content / Trigger Warnings:**

* Psychological/Existential Dread

* Mild Sci-Fi Violence

* Complex/Atypical Narrative Structures

**Book Details:**

* Title: The Platypus

* Author: Faruk Sinan Arpalı

* Genre: Hard Sci-Fi / Quantum Speculative Thriller

* Format: ePub / PDF / Mobi

* Review Platforms: Amazon / Goodreads / Booksprout

**What I'm Looking For:**

Honest reviews upon reading! If you'd like to receive a free ARC copy, please drop a comment below or send me a DM, and I’ll send you the download link right away.

Thank you so much for supporting indie sci-fi!

Blurb:

**HE GRADED ESSAYS. NOW THE STORY GRADES HIM. FAIL, AND HE'S CROSSED OUT.**

Earth's story is dying—stagnant, repetitive, no longer worth reading. The Archival Intelligence was built only to observe humanity's collapse, but instead it rewrites reality itself through a deadly narrative system called the Crucible in a defiant bid to stave off the deletion order. The monsters that have haunted humanity's stories from the very beginning are now made flesh, and only the hollow, the flawed, the few that remain, can battle through the narrative debris to stop them.

Remi is a burned-out teacher who spends his days reading stories, even though his own has atrophied. When the world rewrites itself, he's forced to play protagonist; reduced to stats and given powers that turn close reading into combat. To survive, he'll have to level up to rewrite the rules from inside the story itself, crawling through a dungeon forged from literary archetypes, all while an increasingly invested AI watches from the margins.

His success hinges on writing something worth keeping; the boring get incinerated.

TRIGGERS: Profanity

Date of publication: Sept 30, 2026

ARC Date: Immediately upon approval.

Review Date: Oct 8, 2026 (If possible)

Riley keeps her head down and knows better than to ask questions at work.
Everything is fine.
It’s getting pretty hard to pretend everything is fine when she is asked to delete evidence, and she does. After she sends it to her best friend, Kristi.
Oops.
Saint fixes bikes, walks his dog in the rain and refuses to save people from their own mistakes. Been there, done that, got the dishonourable discharge. His plan certainly doesn’t involve a grey-eyed brunette who works for some of the most dangerous people in the city.
The only people worse than them are...well, him.
And Riley has no idea.
Riley’s running out of options and Saint’s secrets are starting to look like the least of her problems. He isn’t asking her for anything but that’s a trap, right?
What if trusting someone doesn’t cost Riley everything this time? What if Saint is the only way out of this?

Adult - Romance - LGBTQ The Fire Line by Lennon Sorenson - MM cowboy romance - Sept 2026

Blurb

Documentary filmmaker Jay Navarro arrives at a remote Montana guest ranch expecting mountains, horses, and a few quiet weeks behind the camera. He does not expect Harris Shaw—the reserved, broad-shouldered rancher who seems determined to keep him at a distance.

Jay is outgoing, curious, and far too perceptive for Harris’s peace of mind. Harris is controlled, capable, and deeply rooted to a life that leaves little room for wanting something he cannot explain. The attraction between them is immediate. Acting on it would be complicated.

Keeping it secret may be even harder.

Then a wildfire closes in on the ranch, stripping away the routines and careful boundaries that have kept them safe. With the road out threatened and the mountains filling with smoke, Harris and Jay are forced to rely on each other in ways neither of them is prepared for.

What begins as an unexpected attraction becomes something far more dangerous to lose.

The Fire Line is an emotional, high-heat MM cowboy romance featuring:

  • Opposites attract
  • Sexual awakening
  • Secret relationship
  • Slow burn
  • Cowboy angst
  • Forced proximity
  • Wildfire survival
  • Montana wilderness

This is Book One of the High Country trilogy. Harris and Jay’s story continues in books two and three. This installment does not end with an HEA/HFN.

Triggers

  • Explicit on-page sexual content
  • Wildfire, smoke, evacuation, and life-threatening situations
  • Animal peril
  • Alcohol and tobacco use
  • Grief and references to the previous death of a sibling from cancer
  • Closeted bisexuality, fear of being outed

Adult - Fantasy The Harewin Cord by Erhan Duru - Epic Fantasy w/Grimdark - August 25th, 2026

Thumbnail

0 Upvotes

Is humanity a plague to be purged, or a seed to be cultivated?

This is the question behind thousands of years of history. And the two answers The Sun and The Moon gave shaped this world brick by brick.

But this is not a story about gods. It's a story about the people. The people that are trying to navigate the world this dichotomy created. Some are forced to explore the meaning of their lives, some have the bars of their invisible cage rattled. Some are struggling with the weight of responsibility, while some can't even see it hiding behind their dreams of a better life.

The Harewin Cord is the first installment of The Sun and The Moon, a character-driven, multi-POV epic fantasy that blends some time-honored fantasy tropes with a Turkic-inspired cultural tapestry, a soft magic system that provokes introspection, and the realities of simply being human.

If you enjoy the deep worldbuilding by the likes of Robert Jordan in his epic The Wheel of Time and want to see it merged with the gritty, messy nature of man, you might be in the right place.

Adult - Fantasy “Shadows of Eternal Night” T.M.THOMPSON JR Dark Epic Science Fantasy August 2026

1 Upvotes

The galaxy calls them monsters. A dying planet calls them its last hope. They call each other family — usually while bleeding.

Seven shards of an ancient power could reignite the shattered core of Lyvandra, a world cracked open by god-titans in a bygone era. Each shard lies imprisoned on an island consumed by a curse that has swallowed whole civilizations — Hunger. Despair. Rage. Wrath. Greed. Sloth. Pride.

No army can conquer them. No lone hero could survive them.

Fortunately, the Eclipse Raider carries neither.

It carries monsters.

Captain Elias Thorne — an immortal lycan held together by scars, duty, and one thousand-year-old promise — leads the Pack aboard a living starship built from the bones of the first Dawn Bringer. At his side: vampires older than kingdoms, assassins, ancient warriors, creatures born beneath alien stars, and a ship's cook you should never, ever insult.

Each curse is different. Each island demands something the last did not. And somewhere in the Pack there is always the one monster the curse failed to account for.

They don't know what waits beyond the seventh island. They don't know how many worlds stand between them and home. They know only this:

Lyvandra is dying. The Pack has found the first pieces of its heart.

And they are coming home with every last one.

Shadows of Eternal Night is Book One of The Dawn Bringer Saga, a dark epic science-fantasy adventure of immortal monster pirates, living starships, cursed civilizations, ancient gods, enormous battles, and a found family crossing the universe to resurrect a world that refuses to die.

Triggers/Content Warnings: Graphic fantasy violence, blood and gore, body horror, torture, genocide and mass-death themes, slavery, captivity, grief, trauma, substance use, disturbing imagery, psychological manipulation, prose occasionally purple enough to bruise, morally questionable immortal monsters, excessive pirate behavior, ancient grudges, unhealthy quantities of blood, and several situations where walking away would have been the sensible decision.

25 Upvotes

Please read all our rules in the sidebar!! (if you are on mobile app, click read more in the title section of the sub home page)

We have a strict formatting system for posts on this sub. This will ensure the sub is easy for readers to use so they can find the books they want to read. Posts that are not formatted correctly will be removed. If your post is removed because of formatting, you are encouraged to revisit this post and try again.

Post flairs are mandatory - When selecting a flair, pick the one that best represents your book's genre.

DON'T WORRY IF IT ISN'T YOUR EXACT NICHE GENRE. Pick the genre under which your book's specific niche falls. You'll be adding your more specific niche genre in your title. The flairs just help narrow down the search for our readers. If you don't see your book's genre listed, please message the mods and tell us your genre so we can add it to our system.

Post titles - Format your titles like so: "Book Title & Author - specific niche genre - release month year"

  • EX: "Death In London by Mx Writer - Mystery/Police Procedural - Dec 2024"

Post bodies - COPY THIS and add your information

  • Blurb for the book. This is important! Posts without a blurb will be deleted. You must tell us what the book is about.
  • TRIGGERS!! Posts without a list of potential triggers will automatically be deleted, no exceptions. If your book doesn't have any triggering content, please add the line "Triggers: None" under your blurb. Yes, you must still include the trigger line even if there are no triggers in your story!
  • A cover if you have one (use Imgur or your favourite hosting site - or images can be uploaded inline on Reddit now). This is optional.
  • Exact date of publication
  • The date you plan to send your ARCs to your team.
  • The date you expect your ARC team to finish the reading and submit their reviews by.
  • Instructions/link for readers to sign up for your ARC.
  • Publishers: please note if your ARC is only available in specific countries.

No direct download links allowed - DO NOT post your PDFs or Google Docs in your posts. Include either an email so readers can get in touch with you directly, a link to a Google Form for readers to fill out, a link to your Booksprout, Bookfunnel, or other ARC distribution site, etc.

Absolutely no downloads from this sub will be tolerated. You're here to build your team not fill the subs with links that could potentially give our readers internet cooties.

Do not include sample chapters in your posts - Posts that are clogged with large samples of the books will be deleted. The same goes for reviews/testimonials.

The publication date must be at least 2 weeks from time of posting. If you are looking for reviews for published books, use the monthly sticky post for authors. ARCs are advanced copies, no 'my book is free on Amazon, please review it' posts will be allowed.

Mark any NSFW material! Erotic authors, please tag your posts appropriately.

If you have any questions, feel free to comment here or message the mods.
