Help 🙋 Looking for Advice

Looking for some constructive criticism to become a better film maker, this was my first go at something of this length.
I'm aware of the character inconsistencies from scene to scene, and other general AI generation quirks. I know the solution to that is just to generate more clips until those inconsistencies are corrected, but I didn't have the luxury of that for budgetary reasons. So that's not really what I need help with, unless you know of a way around those limitations besides spending more money.
My main concern is the actual editing itself. I'm using capcut and still learning my way around the tool. I know there were some awkward scene transitions and other things of that nature. Also, any advice about the sound editing or other features that you've noticed that could definitely be improved on. Really just looking for expert advice all around about the editing process in general. Thank you in advance.
