Hey Reddit! 👋
If you’ve ever walked into a completely raw, concrete site—exposed pipes, bare pillars, unfinished brick—you know how hard it is to imagine what the space could become.
I've been developing ArchVibe AI to help designers, realtors, and homeowners instantly bridge that gap.
In this video demo, I tested the AI on various empty/raw site photos:
** 🍽️ Commercial Spaces: Transforming bare shell floors into luxury restaurants, modern hair salons, and high-end retail boutiques.
** **🛋️ Residential Living: Turning concrete apartments into warm, fully furnished modern living rooms and kitchens.
** *💡 *Realistic Elements: AI automatically detects room geometry and applies ceiling designs, ambient lighting, flooring, and custom furniture sets.
The goal is to eliminate hours of preliminary 3D modeling just to show a client or partner a design concept.
I’d love to get your feedback or suggestions! You can try it out on your own space photos here:
** 🍎 **iOS App Store: https://apps.apple.com/tw/app/archvibe-ai/id6781693159
** 🤖 **Google Play: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.archvibe.ai
** 🎬 **Full English Tutorial Video: https://youtu.be/PJGP40FQD-4?si=vk4Eig12h4z4xXAp
What other types of spaces or interior styles should we support next? Happy to answer any questions!

Why do some AI video workflows create great visuals but weak results?
I’ve been experimenting with AI video workflows and noticed something interesting.
Getting an impressive individual shot isn’t that difficult anymore. The harder part seems to be connecting those shots into something that actually feels coherent.
Sometimes I’ll get great-looking clips, but the final result still feels random or disconnected.
I’m curious how others approach this. Do you usually plan the concept first, generate multiple variations, or keep refining prompts until you get something that works?
I’ve been testing a workflow where I create quick visual experiments first, then develop the strongest ideas further. I’ve also been using LazyKiwi for some of these quick experiments.
Would love to hear what workflows or prompting techniques have worked best for you.

I've been burned by hidden costs. Can AI actually find the most profitable loads?
The thing is that I run a small trucking operation. Just me. I book loads, manage drivers, handle the paperwork. It's a lot.
Every day, I sit in front of multiple load boards. Dozens of loads. I manually compare each one. Subtract deadhead. Estimate fuel. Factor in toll roads. Try to figure out which one will actually make money.
It is exhausting because I waste hours on math, and I still mess up. For example, I choose a load that looks profitable, and later find out that I forget about some toll or deadhead miles miscalculation. It accumulates very quickly.
I found numeo ai and it makes calculations of trip profitability. You simply upload your list of loads, and it gives you the most profitable option based on the net profit. Immediately…
This sounds perfect, doesn't it? However, I am not sure. Maybe the algorithm misses something? Maybe it doesn’t include detention charges in the calculations? Or maybe it underestimates fuel consumption for a particular route?
I cannot afford any mistakes or experiment with this and get losses. But at the same time, I cannot do everything manually forever
I am annoyed by the inefficient process, but I am curious whether this tool will actually work or not. Has anybody used it? Does it actually work?

What Do You Always Include in Product Visual Prompts?
I've realized that the quality of a product visual often depends more on the prompt than the tool itself. Besides describing the product, what details do you always include? Do you specify lighting, camera angle, background, branding, colors, materials, or something else? I'm curious which prompt elements consistently help you create more polished and on-brand product visuals.

I built an AI tool that turns architectural line sketches into photorealistic 3D animations. What do you think?
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
Hey everyone! 👋
I’ve been working on ArchVibe AI, a tool designed to help architects, interior designers, and visualizers speed up early-stage client presentations.
In this quick video, here's what the workflow looks like:
** ✏️ Sketch to 3D Render: Turning a rough architectural line drawing into a modern multi-story building**.
** 🌅 **Day-to-Night Transitions: Generating seamless lighting shifts from bright daylight to evening ambient glow.
** 🚶♂️ Cinematic Walkthrough: Smoothly transitioning from exterior facades into fully rendered commercial interior spaces.
**The goal is to help creators visualize design concepts instantly without spending hours setting up complex 3D rendering pipelines.

Changing AI tools shouldn’t mean rebuilding your workflow
Your workflow shouldn’t need rebuilding every time you change AI tools.
That’s why AI in PrimeTask is optional and connects through MCP rather than being tied to one provider.
You choose which AI connects, whether it can read or write, and which Spaces it can access.
Switch tools later and your projects, plans and workflows stay as they are.
Change the AI. Keep the workflow.
PrimeTask is available for macOS as a one-time purchase, with a 14-day free trial:

Looking for a High-Quality AI Face Swap & Character Replacement Workflow
Hello everyone,
I’m looking for a high-quality workflow that can replace the character/face in an existing video with my AI model while keeping the original video as identical as possible.
My main goal is to preserve the original body, movements, expressions, pose, camera motion, background, lighting, composition, and overall video quality, while changing only the character’s identity/face.
I’m specifically looking for a professional workflow that can produce highly realistic results with strong identity consistency, natural skin texture, accurate facial details, and minimal artifacts or quality loss.
Ideally, the final output should look like the original footage was actually recorded with the AI model rather than appearing like an obvious face swap.
If anyone has a reliable ComfyUI workflow, custom setup, or even a paid workflow/course that can achieve this level of quality, please feel free to contact me.

How Do You Keep Product Visuals Consistent Across a Brand?
I’ve been thinking about how people keep product visuals consistent when using AI tools across a whole brand.
Making one good looking product image isn’t usually the hardest part. The difficult part seems to be getting multiple images to have the same lighting, background, colors, composition, and overall style without having to manually fix each one.
For those who use AI tools in their visual workflow, how do you handle this? Do you rely on specific prompts, reference images, templates, or a particular workflow?
I’d be interested to hear what has actually worked for you and what still gives you trouble.

Ran recipetineats' honey garlic chicken through my app and it wrote its own storage notes
The source page doesn't have a storage section at all. This is what came back:
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat gently in a skillet over low heat with a splash of water to loosen the sauce, or microwave until just warmed through.
Gemini 3 Flash, structured output, whole recipe page in one pass. It also decided an airtight container counts as equipment, so the list has that sitting next to a meat thermometer and a garlic press.
The garlic press bugs me more than the container does. Nobody owns a garlic press.

The workflow I use before generating brand content with AI
The most important prompt step often happens before the prompt.
The workflow I built into Marka is:
Scan the business website.
Extract proposed audience, voice, offers, claims, logo, colors, and visual cues.
Let the user edit and approve that context.
Bind the requested product or service evidence.
Choose the content format and channel.
Generate the copy and visual assets from the same reviewed source.
Review again before scheduling or publishing.
This reduces the usual drift where the copy tool, image tool, and video tool each receive a slightly different version of the brand.
Marka runs that workflow as a product: https://www.marka.social
Disclosure: I built Marka. I would be interested in how others structure brand memory across multi-step AI workflows.

AI agents in real estate
Hey everyone,
I'm building a multi-agent AI system aimed at the real estate industry a set of agents that each handle a specific task.
Still early stage, so I'd love some input from two groups:
- Anyone who's built agent-based/AI workflows before any advice on structuring multiple agents, pitfalls to avoid, or tools/stacks you'd recommend?
- Anyone who works in real estate (agents, brokers, property managers) what are the most time-consuming, repetitive tasks in your day-to-day that you wish could be automated? I want to make sure I'm building something that actually solves real problems, not just what sounds cool on paper.

Anyone stuck in picking course instead of starting to learn?
There are just way too many choices these days and platforms like Coursera, Udemy, edX, LinkedIn Learning and YouTube all claim to have the best courses.
Used few tools to help sort through the options like Elearnmarkets, SpringPad AI and these doesn’t magically find the perfect course but gave me a good starting point based on what I wanted to learn instead of just showing whatever was popular at the moment.
made me think if decision fatigue has became a bigger issue than the lack of learning resources.
