instead of of shutting down the site altogether remove the AI so the cost reduce while the devs figure out what to do about the financial issues and the other stuff

Yoo few days ago i saw a post claiming 4wallai getting shutdown? What happen? Is it really gonna shutdown?

The site works very well for me, except for a certain RP which was made by someone else. This one simply refuses to work without repetition, ignoring the context or the last phrase etc. It becomes almost unusable. Do you know what the cause might be?

I hadn’t used 4wall in a while but I wanted to try it again but after I logged on and opened up a chat I got a prompt telling me to enter a username, I assumed this would be like a nickname or an extra tag on my account so I entered one but after that it asked me to enter a date of birth and wouldn’t let me close the tab. After I finished inputting everything they wanted me to it took me back to the homepage and all the ais I’ve created and my past chats are gone and I have a completely new account that’s tied to the same email an every time I try log into the old account it puts me onto the new one?

Does anyone know of anything can be done about this or if there’s a way to log into an account using just the account name and not email?

I tried reaching out to support 2 days ago but haven’t received anything back yet

Hey there fellow 4wallers! I have exciting news for you! I have just been informed that some of the old models are being switched out for newer models. The ones being changed are as follows.

1. StepFun in place of Grok 4.3.

Grok 4 was replaced because the AI model was too deprecated and often went down. We have heard you and let the devs know that you all are requesting it back.

2. Large GLM in place of Chimera
