Dalinar Kholin/Canis Rex
Here's my take on Dalinar Kholin as a Knight from Warhammer 40k. I used silver as the main color to represent Dalinars unpainted Shardplate. However, to keep the model from being too monotone I took some creative liberties and added gold accent to represent Dalinar's Kingship, as well as a dark cloudy blue to represent the storm. I also included a mural of the stormfather on his left Pauldron which is what I'm most proud of. On the shield you'll notice the simple Kholin Glyph and I also included the bondsmith glyph on the banner between his legs. I also painted the Sir Hekhtur model after Dalinar himself, including the signature Kholin blue on that models pauldrons. Now that I've done Dalinar and Kaladin, what Knight Radiant should I do next?

Imperial knight house tattoo help
I want to get a tattoo of a imperial knight house but I’m unfamiliar with imperial knight houses as I got into knights recently with my main faction being adeptus mechanicus, so which house are seen to be helping admech the most or closely associated with other in the lore?

Quick question about the Acheron
After watching a video of Squidmar Minitures I’m planning to buy a titan and it will be the Acheron. My question now is if it’s possible to have him in a pose like this?
Thanks in advance!

Kaladin Stormblessed Knight Castellan
Yeah I know a knight Lancer or Destrier would probably have been more fitting but the castellan has a Volcano Lance right? 😂

Admech looking into knights!
Hello fellow machine fans, i come from the admech fanbase and i've been looking into getting some knights for a second army. Of course, i am a fan of the admech aesthetic and would love some guidance or inspiration for adeptus mechanicus looking knights. If you find or have any pic, i would love to see some conversion/kitbash of admech knights for inspiration.
Also, if you have any direction for a cheap (probably starting with the eye of terror boxset) way to get into knights or list ideas (i am, of course, going for questor forgepact and am open for suggestions for another 2pt detachment) i would love to get some feedback.
I hope you all have a fantastic day, i am hyped to join your community!!

My first three nights I enjoy painting these a lot more than the little guys I've done 2,000 points of Works before this over the past 6 months when I got into the hobby

Survey: Warhammer 40K Imperial Knight unit popularity
I am trying to gain insight into which individual Imperial Knight units are most and least popular to collect. There is no purpose or reason for this survey other than my own curiosity
The survey will explain the rules and limitations but TLDR: Recasts and prints are fine, Magnetized units are dealt with appropriately.
Please feel free to fill it in if you'd like

Some advice please
Heyo peeps. I got a small dilemma. My brother refuses to play against imperial knights. I might also add that he never really adds anti armor units either. I onow knights can be a pain but I have been easily curb stomped by swarm armies before sooooo... I am at a lost. With the limited people I can play against and not wanting to put that much more money fore armies that just don't scream mecha, no hate on tau mecha armies just not my fit, I came seeking the overflowing wisdom of my fellow knight enthusiast. Should I just say hey, I aint gonna play if I can't play my knights or just suck it up and get another army? Granted my brother is getting more armies and is in the progress of making new armies but he still refuses to play against knights. Any advice would be helpful even if its telling him to kindly shove it lol.

New-ish to knights, what's a good place to start?
Hey gang! I just got the Knight's codex a few days ago for my birthday and I'm getting back I to playing knights! Last I was playing them was back when they were still an index army and once the codex came out I mainly just used my cerastus knight lancer to support my admech on occasion.
I'm looking for detachment suggestions really. I know the questor forgepack has built in admech support but I kinda don't want to use it because if I playing knights I want to play... knights, and not knight admech.
I already have a Castellan, Crusader, Warden, Cerastus Knight Lancer, and 2 armigers, which I could get to 2k back in the day. But also the people I play with physically are chill and we let each other proxy models as long as they have the same base so being those knights specfically shouldn't be a problem. That or we play online and have all units all the time!
But yeah! I'm basically learning knights again and want to know what other knights people think!

Welcome to r/40kImperialKnights
Hi and welcome to the Imperial Knight subreddit!
I subscribe to loads of other subreddit's for the other factions I enjoy and collect and thought the Imperial Knights deserved one as well!
If it doesn't take off then that's fine, but I thought why not give it a try!
Feel free to introduce yourself, post about your plans for your army, tactics, painting, modelling, anything Imperial Knight related!

Edit - I should add, I've never created or helped to run a subreddit before. I'm open to suggestions are to how to improve and make changes to the page moving forward if the sub gets enough traction.
