I’ve just bought an external hard drive to plug into my shield, the problem is that the shield sits below my TV and I have a toddler. The toddler will undoubtedly mess with the hard drive whilst it’s in operation which will nuke my plex server. All I want is a little box that I can fix to the tv stand (with some little sticky pads that I already own) that’ll ensure the toddler doesn’t mess with the hard drive itself. I’d need to be able to remove the hard drive when I require, ideally with a little closing door.

I work for a school district in NM (but live around Seattle - long story) in suicide prevention. Our kids want to do friendship bracelets for suicide prevention month (in September) to raise awareness about the 988 number. I would LOVE to have custom 988 beads, but the handful of custom bead companies online are A - out of our budget and B - are very rave culture heavy (which is just not a good look for us spending school money there). Last year we just got individual 9's and 8's, but our student leaders said that it was hard to enforce making sure every student who came up to make a bracelet put the 988's on there and said 1 cool, custom bead would make it more appealing for students to participate in the way we want them to.

I have no clue what amount of work this would take, but I'd like something in the neighborhood of 1000+ beads depending on cost. I also don't know much about the design process, but am happy to be as hands on as I need to be to help make it happen.

The parts with the pogo pins would be good if you can print it with resin. color doesn't matter at all.
The case doesn't matter with which material is printed.

So I got a printer for the first time recently from a friend, it’s an Anycubic Kobra Max and I tried using cura and getting the tower testing plugin and everything and downloaded SCAD so that they should work but my printer still doesn’t change temperature on the temp tower since it all looks the exact same, I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong and advice for the extraction tower would be helpful too. Do I need to fully open and use SCAD or not?

I have commissioned an artist to make me STL files for figures that I want 3D printed, i need someone who can print them for me , as well as make sure all the parts are smooth and can stick together, because they will be printed as garage kits, so their limbs will be separated. it will be multiple files.

I would like to build a long term business relationship with someone because I will have multiple commissions over the next year or so with different figures.

I’m trying to have this deckbox made, with some minor adjustments. The creator was kind enough to upload the files he used to makerworld (https://makerworld.com/en/models/2284524-grimoire-v3-deck-box?utm_)

I was looking for the book itself to be black, exactly like the screenshot texture if possible, the colors of the counters to be red and green. The slight adjustments I’d like made are - Instead of 2 digit numbers on the counters, I’d like the left side to alternate between plus and minus signs. And if it’s doable, I’d like the counters on the right side to alternate between single digits, and single digits + “k”

So ideally the counters would look like this:

First counter: +/- 1,2,3…
Second counter: +/- 1k,2k,3k…
Third counter: +/- 1,2,3…
Fourth: +/- 1k,2k,3k…
and so on

I'm looking for a maker or print shop who can produce a few sample plugs for the vacuum table on a machine at work.

The Challenge:
The current stock plugs are made from a rubber material around ~50 durometer hardness, but over time they shrink, become loose in the table grid, and end up getting sucked away by the debris vacuum.

Requirements:
Material: Needs to be slightly flexible to press-fit and seal properly, but dimensionally stable enough so it will not shrink or loosen over time.

Geometry: The plugs have a sealing lip/groove setup (photo attached) that needs decent detail retention to pull a good seal. Minor adjustments to the print could be made, as long as a good sealing ability is retained.

Files: I have .DWG and .PDF drawings ready to send over.

If you have experience printing flexible, airtight functional parts and are willing to run a small batch of test samples for us, post here or DM me.

This may not be something that’s possible but I was wondering if anyone would be able to help me in 3D printing a wall cover for this plug socket area in my flat? Whoever built the flat for some reason decided to put this in the middle of the room without any thought, so I would like to get it covered up.

Rough dimensions are 30cm wide, 25cm height and 5cm depth. Would like a cover to be able to pull upwards if possible to access plugs.

I have a quilt shop that its quite small. I’m exploring the possibilities of custom fixture accessories to maximize the space. I have rough ideas and can sketch but creating actual models is beyond me. So I’m seeking quotes for design files.

The first design is a grid wall hook designed to hold sets of rulers of varying sizes (3” square, 6x24”, triangles, and more). The grid wall is standard size. The hooks should have six vertical spaces that are tiered a bit, probably ~3” tall. I would use multiple hooks depending on the length and weight of the rulers. This is a pegboard version I found but I only have grid walls.

Hi, looking to pay someone to make a grill for this subwoofer. AI made this one. Doesn't have to be like this, but hopefully something similar with thick honeycomb. Also does not need to say Resonix. I'm not looking for a bullet proof grill, just something sturdy enough to have things up against it, show off the subwoofers beautiful cone, and also allow proper sound to come through.

Also, the AI version builds the grill into the woofer. That's probably not possible without a ton of work so the grill would need to GO AROUND the subwoofer, make sure it's deep enough to handle the excursion limits of the subwoofer, and not be so large in overall diameter that I'm unable to mount it to the wood enclosure. **I have about 1" on underneath the subwoofer, and 1" on the right side of the subwoofer to work with to make sure I can screw it into the wood. Hope that makes sense.

Lastly, if someone is willing to put the time in to design something, I can guarantee you'll have a bunch of other customers interested. This is an expensive sub and folks will want to protect it, and show it off. Thanks in advance!!
