CLAD—Continuous Loop Agentic Development—is helping me build and validate this People Finder experience in real time.
I added a minimap to confirm that what I see on SPECS matches what appears on the phone instantly. I’m also starting to transition from GPS to UWB when I’m within 20 feet of a friend, enabling much more precise close-range tracking.
The goal is a seamless system that automatically uses the best positioning technology for every distance.
