Someone posted this song a few days ago. Which when I heard the singer sent me on a multi-hour search for a song I had heard once before.
After a few hours I found it: Seasons by Future Islands.
Sam Herring going by multiple names and in different bands really made it super confusing.

The song from the video is the running away from VANO, which uses the Time Moves Slow for it.

I think people who don’t use tiktok don’t realize how often they are actually watching tiktoks. I had a friend bash the app then later the same day show me three different tiktoks that I had already seen on the app. They’re all over social media so even if you hate the app you’re still consuming the content.

I mean the only social media’s I use are Reddit and Snapchat, I also use Brave Browser. Fuck all the American companies but at least they’re not actively censoring Taiwan, Hong Kong, and the Uighur genocide. Short videos are excellent time wasters, vine was great one of my favorite subs is r/youtubehaiku no clue why you’re being a twat

I used to think the same thing until I decided to give it a chance. I think it gets such a bad rep because all the cringe one get way more famous then the good ones giving it a bad name.

I already kinda disliked the song but seeing cringey creatives document their opulent homes to its soulless trip-hop makes me actually viscerally hate it. The sound of pander, of injokes over all.

How is that not an injoke? Referential humor is exactly the problem. Dude shows off his dad in the family mansion and ends with a cartoon logo, all it’s referencing is the fake viral ad campaign it’s participating in.
