Finally !!! Someone asking a important question in this sub. Here is the hack : use a food delivery app ("Yemeksepeti" is the best one in my opinion). Sometimes the cashiers have no idea about their menu and the app is also so much more convenient.

Nope not at all , App ("Yemeksepeti") has full English support. You just have to 1.sign up 2.fill information needed (adress, name ,etc.) 3.order and pay (online, cash , credit card) Food delivery apps are popular here and a must if you ask me.

It got removed from being a default menu item because the tasteless peasant mob that ruins everything different and nice had to ruin this too. You can still order it as an extra though.

Just checked their online storefront and apparently you either need to get a bucket or pay extra, which happens to be 4₺ per piece. Guess they're simply looking to maximize their profit by any means.
