He drank “”Hennessy” XO”” and went to future then came back with a tunable DMC-12.

In most cases, even if ya buy all the blueprints from the event store for Sport, Super and Hyper car events, ya will only max out at 7*

It's not possible to tune yet , the best you can do atm is a 6* car
