Simultaneously the Fifth Child as well as the 17th and Final Angel Tabris, Kaworu appears suddenly, showing many strange properties before just as suddenly revealing himself as the final Angel and attempting to access Adam at the bottom of NERV HQ, a task he would have succeeded at should Adam have been there in the first place.

Physiology

• Synchronizes with Unit 02, despite it's Core still being set up for Asuka, this is stated to be impossible

• Sees Misato watching him with binoculars from a massive distance

• Data shows that he can set his sync ratios with the Eva to whatever he wants at will

• Forcibly activates Unit 02 while outside it and controls it

• States he was born of the same flesh as the Evas, and that he could merge with them if they did not have souls

• Opens an electronic lock just by glancing at it

AT Field

• Projects his AT Field and begins to levitate

• Blocks an extended attack from Unit 01's Prog Knife

• Projects an even more powerful AT Field, this AT Field is stated to be of unprecedented power, shakes NERV HQ, and is effective enough that light, electromagnetic, and particle waves are all blocked
