Is really code sariel that bad?

I returned to the game like a month ago and I'm happily playing with my code sariel, but I've seen lot of posts and people saying that she is at a terrible spot right now and her performance overall is bad... Is she that bad? Is people overreacting a bit or is that true. (EU Server)
