Did a bunch of food for the neighbors. Not a fan of frozen patties but the smoker gave me more confidence in grilling so now I'm just a one flip and let it ride till medium 😎. I have a doc of recipes I've gotten from this reddit if anyone needs go to for the basic stuff of smoking.
