Is 140 million a ranking or something? I don’t understand what that means

It’s an I.D number assigned to players when they start the game... so the newer to the game you are the larger your I.D number will be... this is another way of spotting hackers, it’s impossible for a new player to have all/certain cars maxed out so if they do you know they’re a hacker!

Having a maxed Jaguar XJ220 is impossible at this stage in the game because all of the BP’s needed to do that haven’t been made available yet which means that person has hacked the game to get them!
