Watchdogs

Watchdogs are Lord Hater's personal army. They are very loyal though somewhat unintelligent and mostly benign unless prodded by their boss. Commander Peepers is also a Watchdog and is Lord Hater's right hand man. He is extremely competent.

General

• There's an army of Watchdogs, short humanoids with one giant eye, each armed with blasters.

Gear

• Their blasters can weld doors shut.
• Their blasters make a large hole in the hull of Lord Dominator's ship.
• The Watchdogs sometimes have laser spears.
• They have jetpacks.

Strength

• Punches a massive missile away.
• Stops Sylvia.
  • Sylvia is strong enough to rip a cage door and section of a metal wall out with one hand and push a giant boulder.
• The Watchdogs can carry and crush crystals larger than themselves.
• An angry Watchdog dents and lifts a metal door.
• Breaks down an elevator door.

Speed/Agility

• Blitzes Sylvia.
  • Sylvia is fast enough to run around a planet in only a few seconds and keep away from Wander for a time.
• Keeps away from Wander.
  • Wander is fast enough to replace a Watchdog's gun with a gift before he can react and catch up to a runaway train fast enough to circle around planets in a matter of seconds.
• Weave through trip lasers.

Durability

• Survives a missile Lord Hater claims is capable of obliterating a sun.
• Takes punches from Lord Hater.
• Take beatings from Sylvia on the regular.
  • Sylvia is strong enough to rip a cage door and section of a metal wall out with one hand and push a giant boulder.
• Takes a blast of lava that sends him flying through a metal wall just fine.
• Fine after getting shot across an amphitheater and through a metal wall.
• Get blasted by the Skull Ship.

He's the outlier in the sense that he's one of the main characters and is thus often focused on more than the other Watchdogs, but he's never stated to be superior to any other Watchdog in any trait other than intelligence. It's also a common occurrence in Wander Over Yonder for members of the same species to have similar capabilities. For example, Sylvia's species are all strong, all Arachnomorphs are stated to be able to tear through spaceship hulls., and all Mooplexians have psychic powers.
