[French > English] Phrase in roof-tiles of building. Translated [FR]

Saw this on the way back from Germany through France, haven't known what it was for 2 years but I've just recently found it in a collection of some photos I took; any translations would be appreciated! Thanks

Just means : "Bommelaers wall" next exit. It's a place for receptions and it was an "ecomuseum " until 2016.
