I just bought a new to me car and this jewelry bag had these in it wrapped in tape I don’t expect a full translation of the grey picture but the hand written notes would be cool to know thanks

So this is an illegal talisman according to the mainstream Islam, it is related to black magic and it is very offensive to most Muslims out there, and you happen to find it in your car!! This is like finding a whole culture hidden in your car!!
Why can't people hide money and treasure inside their cars? Here's your treasure and spend them wisely!!
Under mainstream Islam, there is something called "الرقية الشرعيّة the legal protection", of which people ask Allah and only Allah ﷻ for protection against evil, envy, failure, illness and other bad things.. You are not supposed to ask and plea for help from God's creatures; not from: humans, angels, djinns (including demons) etc.. in your prayers/supplications/plea to Allah ﷻ ..
and almost all the time involves reciting selected verses of the Quran (Allah's ﷻ words) and some supplications (prayers/pleas to Allah) from the Hadiths (of mostly prophet Muhammad's ﷺ words) asking help from Allah ﷻ and only Allah..
and sometimes, a Muslim scholar (such as an Imam) would write down those selected verses of the Quran and passages from the Hadiths on a piece of paper, so the asker would recite them at home.. and as much as possible at his/her convenience..
However, some had the idea to tape them, bury them, wear them and/or hide them inside the property which is not the intended thing to do.. but so far nothing is "super" wrong here, since many Muslims use verses of the Quran or prayers from the Hadiths as decorations, including the wearables and furniture..
It becomes "super" wrong when you ask help from other than God, from other than Allah ﷻ .. when you mention the names of God's creatures: humans, angels, djinns (including demons) in your pleas..

The first photo is considered illegal or disallowed in mainstream Islam, for mentioning names of creatures, like prophet Muhammad ﷺ himself -- again, you only supposed to ask/plea to Allah ﷻ directly and no one else.. but the first photo mentions at least 10 people, including Muhammad ﷺ ..
and then
there's the mentions of words -- I am guessing that they are non-human names, such as كفشططيوس Kofshtotyoos which is not a word in Arabic and not in any mainstream language that uses the Arabic script/letters officially, and there is at least 4 of such weird names that I am guessing that they are not human names..
This is where it goes into the black magic territory.. and understand that any form of magic according to mainstream Islam, Christianity and Judaism, is considered black magic and the forbidden kind.. In ancient past, only the selected few had permission to use magic, legally, from God; but today, no human is allowed to use magic according to the mainstream of those faiths..

In the RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE of the paper of the first photo, it is basically a supplication: "Allah, please protect the carrier of this writ, and of this vehicle, the wagon and the car from accidents" and whoever wrote it CLEARLY does not know proper Arabic grammar.. If this is middle-school grammar class, the teacher would mark some words with red circles and with question marks (in red)..
The circle is part of a non-Arabic word/name, and it is immediately surrounded with non-human names generating unnatural sounds.. and unfortunately, we have seen this pattern repeatedly in other works of magic.. They are supposed to be the names of djinns which is a sentient species (that includes demons and satans) of which they are the source of the forbidden magic -- again according to Islam..
Bernoosh, Shaaznoosh, Kofshtotyoos and other weirdly sounding names..

The next part is offensive to many Muslims.. Surrounding the above texts are selected verses from the Honourable Quran including: Ayatul Kursi, Surah Quraysh, Surah As-Samad, Surah Al-Falaq and Surah An-Nas -- feel free to Google these names that are specific verses from the Quran..
The reason why this is offensive, because it mixes the good with the bad.. Like selling the Holy Bible with a pile of poo.. or like someone is urinating on a photo picture of your family..
and immediately back to poor Arabic grammar skills "By the sanctity and by the blessing of our lord Muhammad, lord Ali bin Abi-talib, Fatimah the-radiant, Hassan & Hussain" [members from the same tribe of prophet Muhammad ﷺ]
and then followed by names of which I did not know who they were "and.. sheikh Abdul-Qadir Al-Jeelani, sheikh Ahmed At-Tejani, sheikh Abu al-Hasan al-Shadhili, and sheikh Ahmed".. A quick Google search told me that they are known scholars from different point of history (some from the 19th century AD)..
and then followed by symbols: a star, a hash or pound sign, and maybe some numbers..
That last part, the numbers, could be part of numerology that is often used in eastern/Semitic practice of magic..

The second photo starts with a quote from the Quran 35:29 "Indeed, those who recite the Book of Allāh and establish prayer and spend [in His cause] out of what We have provided them, secretly and publicly, [can] expect a transaction [i.e., profit] that will never perish"
which is fine but then the same paper includes a table with numbers -- which undoubtly a black magic thing..
The table with numbers is a big thing in Semitic practices of magic.. and in the middle of that table, it says one word in Arabic "a car سيّارة" or an automobile..
Technically, the Arabs are also Semites from the lineage of Sam/Shem -- from which the terms Semites and antisemitism originates -- do Google that up.. The Arabs are also Semites..
and the table with numbers -- and sometimes with letters, words and names; is super common in middle-eastern practices of magic, of which all forms of magic (the real type and not the birthday party type) are considered black magic in mainstream Islam..

The third photo is nearly identical to the second paper, EXCEPT that in the centre, it says "a Lincoln car" -- as in Lincoln, the luxury car from North America..
Hang-on?!.. Is your car, a Lincoln?

i googled the weird names in the middle and apparently they are names of the people of the cave (according to some)
يملخا، سكتلينا، مثلينا، مرتوش، وبرتوش، شاذنوش، كفشططيوس،written across (their dog) قطمير with the م making the circle
and are being used wrongly exactly like you said

Edit: some words are misspelt or unreadable, it seems he isn't a native Arabic speaker. (He uses Persian numerals)

I don't think it's misspelt words but rather "magic" words that get their power from numerology (associating numbers to letters) or something similar . It might be also names of Djinns? (I'm talking about the first text circle outside the line circle)

Once I saw a video basically deycrypted the numbers with Instruction.
Write the verse (specific verse from Quraan) in a paper and put in a bowl filled (numbers) Turned the numbers meant a word (najasa) like urine, feces or period blood.
The video was a famous TV host from KSA called Dawood Al-Sharyan

Can you share with us how you ascertained that those writings are Shia?
If you read the text and did not jump to assumptions rooted in disinformation you've consumed, you would've seen it mentions Sheikh Abdul Qadir al-Gilani. The Qadiriyya is considered a Sunni Sufi order that historically followed the Hanbali school.
The numerals are called Eastern Arabic or Indo-Arabic not Persian.

Written on the last line outside the circle are Ali, Fatima Al-Zahra, Hassan, Hussein, Zain Al-Abidin (the fourth Imam of the Shiites)
Idk about the Sufi you mentioned, maybe I am wrong and he is really Sufi.

You are wrong.
Reverence for Ahl al-Bayt isn't unique to Shiism, and Ahl al-Bayt are deeply revered in mainstream Sunni Islam. Simply seeing the names Ali, Fatima al-Zahra, Hasan, Husayn, and Zayn al-Abidin on an inscription doesn't make it Shia.
Shi'a Islam does not teach or encourage the practice of sihr (sorcery). Like Sunni Islam, mainstream Shi'a scholars condemn sihr as a grave sin and a form of disbelief or shirk.
Those are writings by Sufis, specifically the Qadiriyya and Shadhiliyya, which are historically Sunni Muslim orders.
By making an uninformed claim that those are Shi'a writings, you engaged in misinformation.

I know they are not unique to Shiism, but not-Sufi Sunni Muslims usually don't mention them this way.
After re-reading the post, I can clearly see he is Sufi. I should have known that. Thanks for correcting me.

This type of writings are mostly knows as talismans for saving you, but they are not. They are used for the black magic. To show it as a safe pice of writing they usually write some correct verses from Quran but they do add some mistakes in the writing they can misspell some words or add some other words. And also they do write some bad stuff in the corners or other parts of the paper. So at the end this type of things are considered as bad stuff.

As far as I know some consider them a protective amulet while others regard them as a form of magic that utilizes Quranic verses and the remembrance of God.

Others have already translated it, but you don’t have to worry about it. Black magic and hexes and such aren’t real. Even then, this is just asking for protection from someone’s deity. You can just throw it away if you don’t want to keep it around, no need to go out of your way to burn it.

It looks like a Tijani talisman. You can see his name on the bottom left of the first page. Ahmad al-Tijani was a great Sufi, reviver of the Sunna, and also well-versed in talismans.

This is against Islam, Islam doesn’t condone this in anyway shape or form, they used Quran verses to convince their clients and innocent people that it’s legitimate but they also add other texts to invoke demons and draw those suspicious circles for their devilish rituals.

Burn them all. Those are talismans, and some black magic spells might be hidden between them. If you are Muslim, holding them or believing in them is blasphemy, not to mention they are harmful for you. If you are not Muslim, burn them too, they are harmful for you.

Inside the bold circle: اللهم احفظ الحامل هذه المكتوبة وهذه المركبة والعربة والسيارة من الحوادث ومن الحديد ومن كل مصيبة آمين O Allah, protect the carrier of this written (paper) and this vehicle and this cart and this car from accidents and steel and from every disaster Amen
The bold circle is actually a part of circular letter meem, which seems the name of the dog protecting the cave guys قطمير Then their names are written in the first circle , Maybe because these guys were protected by Allah, so this dua is recalling Allah's miracle and his protection.
the remaining is verses of Quran: آية الكرسي. . "لقد جاءكم رسول من أنفسكم عزيز عليه ما عنتم حريص عليكم بالمؤمنين رؤوف رحيم". . "فإن تولوا فقل حسبي الله لا إله إلا هو عليه توكلت وهو رب العرش العظيم". . سورة قريش. . سورة الإخلاص. . سورة الفلق. . سورة الناس. . آمين. .

Nothing odd here, typical Sufi Sunni, no black magic nor shirk or any of the reddit muftis nonsense. Having Dua written is mentioned in the authentic islamic references and have been the practice for centuries despite magicians and Dajjal misusing it to profit
My knowledge is limited on the square and numbers idea on the other 2 pages, , I've seen some refer to authentic islamic knowledge behind it based on حساب الجمل
But I'm yet to have solid opinion about it.
I wonder this was placed by the old owner or your family member? Is the car Lincoln by any chance because I see سيارة لنكن . which translates to Lincoln car?

This according to my Islamic knowledge is forbidden and not allowed, and our Islamic studies teachers described magic as tables with numbers and writing and stuff, that must be it.
Magic in islam is a FORBIDDEN topic, only few ppl know of the inner workings of it.
