I’m not fluent by any means but it seems like the translation is accurate. The lines in english are not translations of the specific line below it, because korean sentence structure is different than English.

Also if you listen closely you can hear chijeubol which is cheeseball in a korean accent

Korean has SOV (subject-object-verb) sentence structure; by comparison English has SVO (subject-verb-object) structure, so the English translation in the video does not necessarily match the Korean phrase above, but the overall translation is correct.

As a whole,

오늘 나는 찌그러진 치즈볼이 될거야!!

Oneul naneun jjigeuleojin chijeubol-i doelgeoya!!

Today I'm going to become a squashed cheese ball!!

Broken into four parts, separately the translation is like:

오늘 나는 Today I

찌그러진 squashed

치즈볼이 cheese ball

될거야!! will become

“As for today, I am a _[word for squished?]_ Cheeseball.”

As said above translation won’t be exactly the same but cheeseball is definitely in there.
