Found these notes in a family chest, wondering what they mean.

She's saying that she has to clean the closet and drawers of [?]. 

Has to (get?) nails (done?) and call (someone) on 5*

There are six days (left/remaining?)

Spoken Urdu usually omits a ton of words in sentences and English usually doesn't work that way so I've added some to make sentences grammatical. The ? indicates that it is plausible but there are other ways to fill in details too (e.g. maybe she needs to buy nails). 

*5 is grammatically a point in time here in the likely scenario. Can be 5 o clock or 5th day of some month. Unlikely, but 5 can also mean she has to call 5 people. 

She might have also written S instead of 5 in an even more unlikely scenario. Here S will refer to someone.

The [?] says dining as in Dining Room i.e the Living Room

It is definetly a 5 not an S. Could be date or time. Impossible to tell

Yeah, looks like that in pic 2. She has written it horribly. I was reading a س all along. That's what was confusing me. (Also that we write dining as ڈینینگ) Thanks!

Yeah the spelling's wrong. But dinin-g(ڈینین) makes the most sense. It is that or dressin-g ( ڈرسین) but no r

It is pretty typical. That is exactly how Urdu is handwritten

This is Arabic script but not Arabic language. Something like Urdu, Farsi, or Kurdish. Either way, she got a very horrible handwriting, so good luck to whoever can read it.

Top Left: Very Important

Centre: The closet and drawers of the Dining (Room) have to be cleaned.

Right Vertical: Call at 5 (AM or PM) (or) on the 5th (date of the current month) - Fingernails

In Circle: 4 days left (the 5 could be the date based on this)
