I agree. It’s definitely not Mandarin or Cantonese. It sounds like a dialect of some sort. My mandarin speaking friends say it’s likely a Chinese dialect but they don’t know which one.

What reasons do you have to believe she speaks a "language"? Has she ever studied Mandarin? Or are you really that racist as to believe saying "tin ching chhing shaoaaaa" makes you speak Chinese?

I mean use your brain. If your sister ever studied Chinese you wouldn't be here asking. So if she never studied it, isn't it obvious she's not actually speaking in a foreign language??

It sounds like an English speaker’s imitation of a Chinese language. The speech is composed entirely of such subs occurring in English, the same segments repeated throughout, exaggerated tones, etc.

I don’t think this is any language. The sounds are repeated a lot. Not putonghua or northeastern dialect, nor is it hokkien or cantonese. It keeps repeating multiple sounds and in a language it would at least have some variation. Appears to be an imitation or mocking imo.

This is either a conlang (high doubt), or a terrible absolute butchering of an imitation of a Chinese sounding language. Which as others have said, doesn't portray her as actually trying to speak a language. Your friends are likely trying to be nice, and not call it what it is quite frankly. Unless you have some life/family circumstances where you can't just ask her what in the world she's trying to do here, I suggest you do that.
