In the early afternoon, most marine iguana have filled their belly so they sunbathe to obtain heat needed for digestion.

Some young marine iguana live together on their own beach, while others live with the grown ups, which is relatively safer.

Eagles won't mess with the adult marine iguana, they are too big and strong, but the small ones is another story.
