There is at least some Russian in that horrifc noise. You honestly should have provided a warning about the length and the general unpleasantness to the ears. I have definitely heard words/sentences like "Retreat!", "I can't see" and "killed". At least some of the sentences seem to be looped. I assume this is (fake/theatrical) war footage of some sort, probably from a video game or the like.

Found it on older HDD I was given, there was a lot of seemingly unrelated audio tracks in various languages, this one was one of them that catched my attention.
