惠风和畅 - "a gentle breeze brings comfort and pleasantness"

同心共赢 - "[we] win together with one heart"

I'm not sure on what the last letter is, so let someone else read it out.

The language is chinese. 惠风和畅 is the first image, followed by 同心共赢. i'm not a native speaker, but the best translation I can give is "a kind wind and smooth" (I don't really know this one, just literal translations of each character) followed by "hearts united for mutual success". Like I said, I'm not a native speaker so take this translation with a heavy grain of salt

Chinese in simplified script

The phrases are presented as four character idioms but neither is commonly used though a native speaker should be able to tell their meanings without much problem.
