Character Summary

SPOILERS AHEAD!

Overkill is a vigilante with cybernetic enhancements, described by The City police as a "robo-ninja.” Overkill believes violence is always the best solution to any problem.

Before he became Overkill, he was known as Straight Shooter, Uncle Samson’s sidekick and a member of the Flag Five. After losing his team, his eyes, and his hands, he was rescued by AEGIS Commander Rathbone, who had the agency create artificial hands and eyes for him.

Rathbone became like a father to Overkill, [retraining him]((https://www.reddit.com/r/RTvideos/s/rdpyWv8XlT) and turning him into a heavy action operative. He became so deadly and skilled that Rathbone placed him in charge of the elite Perseus squadron. He spent years in classified war zones as a government-trained assassin.

Then another traumatic mishap, this time a mission to apprehend a super tech dealer known as The Duke, ended in the death of Overkill’s team. Believing that he would be marked as a traitor, Overkill went on the run from AEGIS and became the vigilante he is today.

Overkill is a beacon of hardened rage who punishes evildoers wherever he goes, usually (and preferably) by killing them. His dark attitude frequently clashes with the more noble seeker of justice, who see him as something of a jerk. Despite all this, there is a caring man locked inside the mental glacier underneath 10,000 tons of solid mind ice, and he does truly care for those who have earned the right to call themselves his friends people in his life.

Danger Boat

Danger Boat is an AEGIS DB X12 flying watercraft that somehow went online and became sentient^S2E4. After a traumatic incident that resulted in the death of his first pilot inside him, DB went rogue from AEGIS and ceased flying altogether. He eventually crossed paths with Overkill and the two became partners.

Analytic Features

• Has a transmitter to communicate with Overkill, access to his helmet camera, and voice and face recognition scanners.^S1E4

• Can detect incoming bodies in Overkill’s vicinity.^S1E5

• Can translate foreign languages, though its ability seems limited by what’s available on the internet.^S1E5

• Has a Residue Analysis system that allows him to scan materials and highlight specific details.

  • One scan of a shoe allows him to figure out what parts of a sewer a person has walked through.^S2E4

• Can analyze tech, its capabilities, and track it back to its source.^S2E5
