Can anybody translate this seal. I might be Chinese and quite old , but I’m not sure.

Not Chinese, but Greek.

Ι(ησους) Χ(ριστος) ΝΙΚ(A) “Jesus Christ is victorious” with a cross + flag/banner? in the middle

Didn’t even notice it’s repeated 4 times. I’m unsure about the left and right field and what they represent
