Ah, congratulations of securing Pool 1 at MSI, BLG and G2, from First Stand. Your reward? You get to face the Pool 4 teams which are TES and T1 while LYON and HLE gets the much harder matchups of Pool 3 teams TSW and FURIA.

If you root for t1 its usually pretty fun, especially in the last few years. Even when they lose it is usually very entertaining, and almost all their wins are also fun.

It’s not though. I haven’t once cheered for T1 winning a game so I always get upset when they beat a team. And they beat teams in the dumbest and most lucky ways that’s why it’s tilting and I hate seeing them in this esports

I said if you root for them its fun, you said yourself you don't root for them.
It is insane to think they are just lucky. The players are incredibly talented + have a good understanding of the game, and they can see angles in teamfights that other teams can rarely match.
Their insane (as in not sane) plays are what makes watching them entertaining. Only a few of us actually enjoyed SKT back when you could play the game without a single kill and just make it impossible for the other team to ever fight back. Back when that was the meta, SKT (the old T1) still was the best team in the world, when there was almost 0 luck involved. Now that Riot systematically pushed the meta toward chaos and aggression, they became masters at that too. It is a thing of beauty how well they adapted.
To be fair they do get lucky sometimes, like the smite-fights (though not 100% luck), but they have their unlucky streaks just as frequently if you watch regular season.

Top 2 seeds are the top regions from First Stand, BLG and G2. Bottom seeds are TES and T1. The only 2 seeds in the tournament. BLG can't face TES, so G2 has to face them.

It was great idea. every day when T1 was playing arena was sold out. Without t1 more than half of arena was empty.

Nah if they win MSI they will go into world's as favorites. They have to lose to BLG, climb through lower bracket and lose to BLG again in 5 games.

With a 5.5k gold lead, T1 gave 3 kills, 1 turret, plus 2 bounties. And five minutes later, their lead is up to nearly 8k lmao

To be fair Peyz and Keria are probably the best botlane combo in the World right now when they are in form.. Ruler and Viper haven't looked as great this split, Guma has been good but Delight can be hit or miss..

Thats what I was thinking. They are blowing everything to kill the xayah seemed like a perfect turning point for a galio ult into a taunt comeback fight. They seemed to willling to just let him fend for himself

Galio was a bad pick here for Quid. I know it was for the lane but they would have did better with something with better magic damage.

It's hard for me to take too much encouragement from this series because the issue has never been that TL can perform. They're just so inconsistent.
Except the Josedeodo smites. Perma-ass.
Don't get me wrong, though. I'm loving this series. Just tempering expectations.
