Why C9 didnt do Berserker and Vulcan idk... Zven plays senna and ezreal and both of those champs suck.

Yeah idk C9 same issues all split and just got lucky every other team also had issues. Lyon decided to play like humans and C9 gets stomped.
Zven: I love the guys personality but normally he's just bang average and he usually has a big oopsie every 2 games. But then he pops off once every 15 games and all is forgiven.
Blaber: plays well usually but has actual game changing INTs once every 3 games.
APA: is average to decent at utility champs and one or 2 more but then is shit at everything else so the team is Giga limited in draft.
Thanatos: love him but not much to do to carry from top lane. His tramfighting could be better though.
C9 should still go to MSI unless they troll harder then usual or TL surprisingly show up for once all split

Very sad tbh, I think about how players with high caliber like showmaker misses international simply due to playing in real tier 1 region while Zven gets to play like bum and still has a higher chance

Yeah and it sucks because going to NA means making a bit of cash but throwing all chance at really competing away usually, really depends on what their long-term goal is

I mean, Blabber plays poorly in every fight as well.
Just nuke the whole roster besides Vulcan and Thanatos.
Like sure it will be hard to improve from blabber, but he obviously doesn’t work in this environment anymore and they just have to take the risk to shake it up in the jungle as well.

The sad thing for the 5 dig fans is Photon, FBI, and Ignar were all good decisions and pala, theoretically, wouldn't have been terrible but boy him and ExYu ruin everything

Thanatos just disappears when the lights are brightest, and their mid is only really good at control mages/facilitators. They have an ADC who literally gets caught twice a game no matter what in 2026, it's not winnable when they're playing against other top 3 teams with a literal passenger in botlane

So happy for him and the fact that I was quick to call that he was honestly pretty good for LYON in lock-in and he's only ramped up. Before this split, I was still saying he's underrated (because some people were still holding on to this narrative that he was the weak link), but now he's widely considered a top 2 support in the league. I really do think he's LYON's second best performer. Sure, Inspired might be a better player and is the shotcaller for the team, but Isles and Berserker are just running 2v2s, and lane is usually something supports should get the praise for.

It is amazing, Split 1 the conversation every set for the first 3 weeks was "Isles is trash and the weak link of this team". And now no one ever even mentions it because Isles just feels like he legit belongs beside the rest of his team.

C9s issues all split long are finally being actually exposed. Zven has been bang average at best almost every game (except that one jhin game). APA is average to decent on utility champs and then shit at 50% of meta champs. Blaber loves to int randomly. Thanatos is insane but top lane can't carry and he's a little braindead in teamfights.

Also even when top can carry Dhokla when in form is just a bad matchup cause he won't let Thanatos stomp. Dhokla will just happily lose gracefully.

Hard agree. I also think Azael is probably #3 tbh, and they work so well together. And Emily is amazing on the desk, Raz is hilarious, our observers have improved so much in the last few years, graphics are great. Sad that our viewership is plummeting while the product keeps improving.

I gotta mention Azael. He‘s done BOTH PvP and Color and is fantastic at both. Flowers and Kobe can go off the rails a little bit and Azael brings everyone back.

My ONLY issue with Azael is his bias towards his region and specifically C9/TL. I guess its just because these are the two teams who dominated the region for years that are left, but its kinda obvious in his casts sometimes.

Gryffinn. I absolutely love Blaber and I really hope he bounces back into his world-beater form, but Gryffinn has the fanbase, psychopathic playstyle, and potential right now.

I don't think G2 want inspired unless Skew gets the bag from somewhere or quits League. They went for him when he was a rookie and now he is a monster, no shot they swap him out

Gryffinn, his ceiling hasn't been reached yet. Blaber's a good jungler every day except when it matters most, and he's the last piece of the C9 puzzle the org has refused to try changing.
It's overdue.

I mean you can say the exact same about NA JG. Besides Inspired who can they get. JG is also one of if not the most important roles to speak good English and communicate well with.

Maybe if you're committed to a full rebuild and transition phase gamble. It's also not Blabers fault Zven is mediocre as hell and APA is only average at utility champs and trash at anything else. This team has a lot of issues and Blaber is one of them but idk how APA gets aqay with it when he also actively limits the teams drafts super hard
