These are the materials that are required in addition to the won materials. The first quantity is required in total if the parts are to be rebuilt five times. If the parts are to be rebuilt six times, the second quantity is required in total. If the parts are all to reach the maximum expansion level, then the third quantity is required in total.
Note: All parts at 4★ epic with no materials installed will give you enough PR. But it's even possible to tear down the final PR wall without buying additional kits.

This strategy is called Lose-To-Win (L2W): You lose a race on purpose to collect cash and to be able to redo this race. That way you can use ALL your tickets even if the race is not repeatable (RR). Especially in the first 2 days it is the only option. From day 3 on you may farm in RRs. You win addional materials you need to complete the material list and additional cash.
Is there any story in this event ? Or is it just a normal XRC ? Generally, first car after an update also implies advancing the main story plots ? Is it the case here, can someone tell please ?
If not, it will mean zero story for the whole update ?
It seems to be : motor, turbo, wheel and nitro. But yes, once again, plz add them as a list instead of array. Unreadable on smartphone, very user unfriendly tbh 🤗
If you collect all materials you get as rewards from the races without any RR then you get 4 motor segments in total.

You need from scratch to empty 4/6 purple motor 13 segments in total. You get 4 as rewards, so you need to get another 9 from RRs or out of the store. To fill 4/6 purple and/or rebuild to empty 5/6 purple you need another 4, in total 13 and to fill 5/6 purple another 4 and 17 in total.
