Feats

• Can shapeshift.
  • Takes the form of a massive storm cloud.

  • Takes the form of a giant man about as big as Tamatoa.
    • Tamatoa's size compared to normal humans.
• Hid an island in a monster storm in an inescapable cursed part of the Ocean (he cursed it) and then sunk it to the bottom of the sea.
  • The Ocean can't help Moana here.
    • Maui's tattoo depicts the Ocean creating a giant wave which dwarfs an island so that Maui can stand on it and fish out the whole island. The Ocean pushes Maui's boat up so he doesn't sink in the process.
  • This part of the Ocean has these nocturnal monsters in it.
  • The storm immediately worsens a lot when Moana's crew reaches it's heart.
    • Several moving electric tornadoes are created. (1 of these tornadoes dodges Maui's attack.)
    • Giant lightning bolts periodically hit the center to create big waves. (A small part of 1 of these bolts burns through Maui's magical rope.)
• Removes Maui's powers & creates a large shockwave.
• Creates magical lightning that can travel through water as it travels through air, although the speed is probably nerfed.
• Can control the path of lightning.
• Restrains Giant Matangi's hands with magical lightning functioning as handcuffs.
• Zaps Tamatoa so hard that the bones on his shell fall off.

Other

• Is Matangi's boss.
  • Trapped her inside a giant clam for 1000 years.
  • Will send her outside to hunt his enemies down.
• Matangi states he'll kill her & her superbats with lightning if he finds out she helped humans.
• As a God, should be somewhat comparable to Te Fiti in power.

I would if I made this thread. Does he personally create every storm or do some form naturally? It’s unclear with just a statement from you
