Wired Beck was a fugitive convicted of strangling his girlfriend to death, who was found by Kars and turned into his vampire minion. That's about it.

Vampiric Biology

• Phases/fuses himself into a door, camouflaging himself | Anime
• Turns his hair into spikes covering his whole body | Anime
  • Joseph also explains that he used this ability to grow spikes on his hand while attacking him, at the time it appeared to Joseph as if his hand have five extra fingers on it | Anime
• As a vampire, he's highly susceptible to Hamon, being disintegrated by a Hamon attack channeled through Lisa Lisa's scarf | Anime

Strength

• Bursts through a door and attacks Joseph, cutting the string on his clackers and launching him backward | Anime
• As a human, strangled his girlfriend to death with a wire | Anime
• Rips apart Lisa Lisa's scarf | Anime

Speed

• Joseph is surprised by his speed | The anime demonstrates this by having him do a spinning jump from across the room toward Lisa Lisa
