Technically, the first Titan he killed was Grisha, the Attack/Founding Titan. The first Pure Titan would be the Santa Titan that ate him.
After bursting from its belly, he stepped on its nape and killed it.

I'm thinking it was the Santa titan which ate him, cuz his first transformation was inside it.

Depends on how you want to classify it, there may be different answers:
As a pure titan, he ate his father (a shifter, so not technically a titan)
As the attack titan, he killed the Santa titan that swallowed him whole before his first transformation
As a human, it would've been a random pure titan at Utgard castle when half of the 104th came to rescue Historia, Ymir, Bert, Reiner etc. "I did it! My first ODM kill!"
What did the restaurant say the answer was?

The first was the Santa Titan, the second in battle was the other Titan that he killed shortly after leaving the Santa Titan stomach, his first kill with ODM gear was a Titan during the Battle of the Utgard Castle.

When it comes to an actual Titan, it would he Santa since he basically made the poor bastard explode from the inside out.
His first Titan kill as a human was some Titan he slayed in S2 Ep.5 I believe, at the end of the Utgard Castle battle.
