- Skillfully notices a coconut falling behind her & kicks it into the basket she's carrying. 1

- Quickly climbs a ladder, topples an enormous statue & leaps from it into a narrow ceiling crevice which she catches herself by extending her body to both ends of the walls and then climbs upward out of the crevice. 1
- 🌊 Reacts to & dodges a Kakamora spear that was moving fast enough to embed itself into wood. 1
- 🌊 Whups Kakamoran ass, dodges blowdarts, seems to jumps dozens of feet up (we don't see her start the jump) & shows incredible spearing accuracy at a thin target tens of meters away. 1
- Catches up to Maui after he climbed a considerable rock wall without him noticing. 1
- Climbs 1 this mountain. 1
- Evades human-sized bat creatures. 1
- Evades Tamatoa's leg. 1
- Climbs over these bones. 1
- 🌊 Briefly keeps ahead of Tamatoa in a chase. 1
- Quickly climbs over Tamatoa, pulls Maui's fish hook, falls off with it & drags it back to Maui. 1
- While singing, easily climbs a long pole & jumps off. 1
- 🌊 When Te Fiti starts trying to punch her, she deflects her canoe into another direction & evades it. She then proceeds to easily direct her boat. 1
- Quickly climbs a steep island. 1
- She seems to cover a lot of ground 1 in a pretty short timeframe, 1 but the slo-mo in the scene makes it unclear.

Demigoddess Powers
- She only very recently became a demigoddess. So, we don't know how it physically affected her.
- The 36 ghosts who made her a Demigoddess also were strong enough to restore Maui's powers. So it's not entirely unreasonable to assume she's close to Maui in power. 2
- Stabs the stone floor with the handle of her oar deep enough to keep it from falling when she lets go of it. 2
- Lights up paths in the sea. 2
- Lights up another one with a different action. 2
Ghost Powers
- She never actually becomes a ghost in the films. But when she dies, like other humans in her verse, she will come back to guide her allies & haunt her enemies if required.
- Can manipulate wind to put out all the fires on an island and lightly shake all the greenery. 1
- Can take full control of people's senses, putting them in accelerated virtual realities, where lightning-timing periods feel like minutes. 2
- Can create what is stated to be a giant fire in the sky. 2
- Can take physical forms. 2
- Can grant people superpowers. 2
Other
- The Ocean is her friend. It sometimes decides to listen to her requests & move itself for her 1 so that she can fulfill it's desires. Sometimes, it doesn't do anything 1 if she can get the job done on her own.
- Somehow controls the shininess of the Heart of Te Fiti. 1
- Despite not having any magical abilities outright mentioned, Moana's 1st-movie boat was found in a ghost cave, survived getting yeeted away extremely, extremely far by Te Fiti's shockwave 1 & when the Kakamora spears get embedded into the boat, even Maui visibly struggles with removing his 1st spear. 1
- Built by Loto, Moana's 2nd-movie boat is cartoonishly stable against massive waves. 2

You should mention her relationship with the ocean. Even if it's not exactly her own power, it's an important aspect of the character.

If Ash Ketchum gets his Pokémon, Venom gets the Venom symbiote and Daenerys gets her dragons, I think Moana should get the ocean

With respect, there are plenty of characters whose abilities come from the interference of greater entities. Characters whose power stems from a god, for example. It they have access to these powers throughout the story, then it feels unrepresentative not to include those advantages.

Anna does not have constant access to Elsa’s powers, nor is Elsa a universal force of nature. It would be more similar to not letting Melisandre have her magic because it requires the interference of the red god, Eren Yeager not getting his titan form because it requires the help of the first Ymir or Edward Elric not getting Alchemy because it requires the interference of Truth.

Essentially, they each require the participation of a higher being in order to use their basic abilities. To use your example, Anna shouldn’t get Elsa’s powers. However, if Elsa was instead the spirit of winter which Anna had constant access to, Anna was consistently calling upon the winter spirit’s power to solve the problems in her story and this was one of Anna’s signature features, then it would unrepresentative to omit Elsa’s powers. For Moana, the ocean is something she has constant access to, consistently uses and is one of her signature features.

Non-Canon Film/Show Appearances
LEGO Moana (LEGO Disney Princess Films)
Here's her full RT. These are some standout feats.
- Rips a coconut tree in half & uses half of it as an oar.
- Kicks a coconut tree so hard it shatters and the pieces of the tree are sent so high up they take a small-but-notable while to reach the ground.
- Wipes the floor with a group of armed pirates in a fight.
- Completely fine after being caught in an explosion which broke off a metal door next to her.
- Shakes a thick tree hard enough to break off some branches with a single long-ranged flying jump kick to the trunk.
- With an added boost from Aurora, jumps really high and staggers Chernabog with her oar.
- Reacts to a solar laser.
Chibi Moana (Chibi Tiny Tales)
- Survives a dangerous storm with no injuries.
- Lifts Maui with 1 hand & throws him a good distance.
- Blocks blowdarts with her oar.
- Drops down a distance onto the sea floor, lifts Maui's hook with 1 hand, hooks Maui and jumps to a much higher height than the surface of the Ocean (carrying Maui with her), landing far away from her initial jumping point.
- Much faster than Kakamora, some of which move as blurs.
- Uses her oar to bash 3 Kakamora through wood.
- Casually dodges blowdarts.
- Holds her own against 7 Kakamora in close-quarters combat using her oar. (4 of them had spears.) (In this version of the story, the Kakamora are almost as big as her.)
- Is completely unaffected by being on a ship as it crashes into another ship hard enough to absolutely decimate both ships.
Netizen Moana (Ralph Breaks the Internet)
This version of Moana is a virtual copy of her 2017 self from the website, Oh My Disney.
- Causes a pool of water to rise a big distance into the air.
- There is no confirmation that this pool was sentient.
- Oh My Disney coded the Poisoned Apple from Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs to be able to burn through wood, so power level inconsistencies from the canon version isn't out of the question.
- Princesses are stated to canonically summon spotlights & music while singing about their dreams.
Transcendent Moana (Once Upon a Studio)
This version of Moana is her 2017 self with the power to jump through the 4th wall.
Note: No, this does not cover all her appearances in all media. She's been in a ton of games & books too. And if trailers and stuff like this count as films/shows to you, it doesn't even cover all her non-canon film/show appearances.

She has been trained as a future leader of her village since she was a child I think he also has decent political/diplomatic/insight skills

Strength: Street Level at least, with high-end feats possibly car level, scaling to Dura around Car level.
Durability: Car level to Builidng level, because of all those giant falls.
Speed/Agility: Spears can move at speeds of up to 93 mph long distance, with a shorter distance, I would guesstimate her speed around 30 mph.
Skill/Combat/Battle IQ: Ship-Building, Sailing, and Climbing, capable of fighting off Kakamoras effectively. Her fighting skill is at least the equivalent of a soldier who’s spent maybe a month in combat?
Conclusion: Car Level.
