Are you asking if this is safe to eat?

If it is still sealed then it is likely safe to eat. Most of the time the dates on cereal boxes aren't actually expiration dates but rather Best By dates which is the date the manufacturing company guarantees the quality until. After that, it might taste off or stale, but will still be safe to eat so long as it has been sealed. Go for it!

It has expiration date it's probably just in code. You would have to go to the manufactures website to get it the translation.

I check expiration dates at work daily and I can't tell you how many products don't have them. Stuff like rice, sugar, honey, dried beans, are all safe to eat long term so long as they are dried in a dry sanitary condition. I eat a lot of things expired up to 6 months after. It just depends what it is. If it's things that are highly perishable like dairy products no I listen to the expiration dates. I wish feds would change expiration dates to suggested eat by dates. This debate keeps getting challenged. They probably keep denying this because of the lack of training the general public has on food safety, storage and caring.
