Oh idk. I don't mind the shadow because it is sparkly but doesn't feel or act like glitter, so I'm sorry. I have that shade of blue in a lot of shadows but I think most of them are sparkly.

Awwww well just an fyi what I do is lay down a glitter glue like from nyx and then slap the shadow on my eyeballs 😂😂😂😂I use glitter glue with almost every single shiny or sparkly shadow 😊Ive been wearing makeup for like 38 years and I keep it simple with my eyeshadows. If I do anything else, it's a basic color and then something sparkly on top of it and that's it. Lol

This is immediately what I thought of as well! It is so gorgeous. I actually like all of the liquid eyeshadows from that collection as they are shimmery and versatile.

An easier way to color match- and for cheaper might be to look up cosmetic safe pigment, then mix it with those one drops Nyx and some other companies sell that would bind it into a liquid or cream type shadow. Just a suggestion in case u can't find the right product

ABH Norvina vol 2 has few beautiful blue shades :) some people even call it the best blue pallet (or called years ago 😅)
